Purpose and Scope
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that Enderpen community operates without harming people or the environment, performing work with no loss or accidents, and continuously supporting the laws and regulations related to the work conditions for "Occupational Health and Safety." Protecting the workforce, which is a basic human right socially and an inevitable necessity economically, is the fundamental condition for human and societal happiness.
This policy covers all Enderpen and affiliated company employees, subcontractor/supplier company employees, and visitors.
Objective
Our goal in occupational health and safety practices is to protect employees by taking adequate security measures in the workplaces of Enderpen and our affiliated companies. Our objectives are to:
- Maximize employees' medical, physical, and mental well-being.
- Eliminate harmful factors in the workplace environment through hygienic measures.
- Ensure harmony between employees and their work.
- Identify health damages and occupational diseases, and ensure that employees receive treatment.
- Objectively and scientifically determine and evaluate the extent of damages.
- Ensure workplace safety and prevent possible accidents, thereby improving productivity.
Responsibilities
Employees at Enderpen workplace and its extensions, subcontractor/supplier company employees, and visitors are responsible for adhering to this policy. Everyone is required to take the necessary actions within their authority to ensure a healthy and safe working environment.
Policy Commitments
The aim is to implement occupational health and safety practices in accordance with the legal regulations and changing conditions, ensuring compliance with legislation and standards, and continuously improving employee performance.
Necessary tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment should be provided, and their use should be ensured when needed. With the rapid development of industry and technology and the opening of new job fields, our main goal is to prevent threats to employee health and safety by taking adequate precautions.
Training programs are organized for all employees on occupational health and safety during their job induction and at regular intervals during their employment, and a training participation certificate is issued for each employee after the training.
Our goal of "All accidents and occupational diseases are preventable" drives us to regularly review our OHS systems with a human-centered approach, aiming for zero workplace accidents and zero occupational diseases.
This approach focuses on preventing and detecting potential risks and crises early during workplace activities, aiming to minimize crises with measures such as risk analysis, continuous improvement, and training.
Employees' Right to Work Safety
The right to work safety for employees is a reflection of the universally recognized right to life, bodily integrity, and health in the workplace. In line with industrialization and technological developments in the world and Turkey, necessary precautions are taken in advance to prevent safety issues concerning the employees working in our workplace.
Review
We commit to ensuring the continuity of our Occupational Health and Safety Management System with periodic goals and reviews, and we declare it as our Occupational Health and Safety Policy.
Purpose
The purpose of the Information Security Policy is to ensure the business continuity of Ender Pvc Yapı Elemanları San. ve Tic. A.Ş. and to reduce the impact of potential threats by preventing information security incidents or minimizing the risk of damage.
In this context, an Information Security Management System is established with the aim of complying with the ISO 27001:2013 standard.
Scope
This policy covers the information assets of Ender Pvc Yapı Elemanları San. ve Tic. A.Ş. It is applied by all employees, suppliers, and contractors both within and outside of the locations.
Responsibility
The Information Security Management Board is responsible for ensuring the protection of the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company's information assets within the scope, and for keeping the risks related to the processes at an acceptable level approved by the senior management.
They are also responsible for establishing and maintaining the Information Security Management System in accordance with the ISO 27001:2013 standard. This responsibility also includes ensuring that the system meets the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
Policy
The goal of the policy is to protect the company's information assets from both intentional and unintentional internal and external threats. The Information Security Policy ensures the following requirements:
- Identification of processes and information assets and conducting risk assessments in a methodological manner.
- Protection of information from unauthorized access.
- Ensuring the confidentiality of information.

- Ensuring access to information whenever required by business processes.
- Fulfilling legal obligations and contractual responsibilities.

All management staff are responsible for ensuring that the units they manage comply with this policy. Compliance with the Information Security Policy is mandatory for all employees.

Objective
Ender Pvc Yapı Elemanları San. ve Tic. A.Ş. defines its "Ethical Principles" — principles and rules that all managers and employees must adhere to — in order to add financial value to its shareholders and increase its corporate value.
Scope
The Ethical Principles apply to all employees of Ender Pvc and its affiliated companies. It is important and mandatory for every employee within Ender Pvc to adhere to these principles. The principles are broad and general in content, and provide the minimum standard.
Responsibility
Creating an environment compliant with ethical principles in our company is the responsibility of our managers. They set an example for other employees with their behavior and thoughts, adopting the placement and sustainability of these principles.
They work towards embedding the company culture, familiarizing employees with the norms, values, and principles they must adhere to. In their behavior and decisions, they always demonstrate honesty and consistency.
In case of known or suspected violations of the Ethical Principles, they must report this matter to the Ethics Committee without delay.

It is prohibited for individuals who may have access to undisclosed information to use such information for personal or third-party gain (insider trading).
Use of Company Resources
Maximum care is given in the use of all financial and non-financial resources of the company. These resources cannot be used for personal purposes such as expenditure, gifts, donations, and political aid.
Fixed Assets and Stationery
Stationery, printed materials, and all company assets can only be used for company-related work and cannot be taken outside the company.
Communication Tools
Email is used solely for business-related communication. Fax, photocopying, internet, and similar tools should not be used for personal business.
Workspaces
- Posters or handwritten notes cannot be hung.
- No political or political campaign activities can take place.
- Alcohol, drugs, and weapons are prohibited in the workplace.
- Employees must not leave confidential documents unattended on desks or in cabinets.
- Workspaces should be kept organized and tidy.
- Gambling activities are prohibited.
